Just for today, I will not worry.      Worry drains your energy. The energy that you are using to worry about a situation is applied    toward manifesting the things that you're worried about. Keep your thoughts positive and trust that  all will work the way it is meant to be. Just for today, I will not be angry.       Anger, like worry, drains your energy. When you are angry with someone, you are giving your energy to that person. When you are angry at a situation, you are adding more fuel to that situation and in both cases, you're attracting more of the same into your life. Anger is a secondary emotion. Find out what is behind the anger and process those feelings.
