Meditation/Prayer of the Day: Thank you for helping me realize that I am the only one holding myself back in this situation. I am free to leave this situation at any time. Thank you for helping me release my fears, my addictions, and my need for worldly things, so that I may manifest all the things in life that really make me happy.   Prayer/Meditation of the Day: Dear Higher Power, Thank you for rewarding the hard work that I've done. Thank you for providing happiness and stability in my home life. Thank you for the abundance of love and finances that are available to me. Thank you for guiding me to make my life a happy life.  

Just for today, I will not worry.      Worry drains your energy. The energy that you are using to worry about a situation is applied    toward manifesting the things that you're worried about. Keep your thoughts positive and trust that  all will work the way it is meant to be. Just for today, I will not be angry.       Anger, like worry, drains your energy. When you are angry with someone, you are giving your energy to that person. When you are angry at a situation, you are adding more fuel to that situation and in both cases, you're attracting more of the same into your life. Anger is a secondary emotion. Find out what is behind the anger and process those feelings.
