Thank you for slowing me down and giving me the understanding that everything happens in divine right timing. I have many plans and ideas that will come to fruition when the time is right. Sometimes things won't go exactly as I want them to, so I welcome that opportunity to revise my plans and go with the flow. I have patience as I wait for the seeds I've planted to grow.

Thank you for inspiring me to have new ideas and to clearly see my path ahead. I realize that sometimes there are speed-bumps along the way to help me slow down and make sure I'm still heading in the right direction. Ideas are rapidly flowing, and I appreciate the opportunity to make any corrections to the course that I'm on.

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. The only thing you are aware of is your breath, flowing effortlessly in.... and out, in.... and out. What is Reiki? Reiki is healing energy. Reiki is all around you all the time. Reiki is within you, within me, and within that tree over there. Reiki is the energy of life.
