Thank you for giving me the gift of manifestation.  I am imaginative and creative, and I am giving birth to new ideas and adventures right now.  I actively create the life that I want to have by nurturing and welcoming new ideas, new energies, even new people into my life. I am grateful for the abundance that this current mindset is attracting to me now.

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. What is Reiki? Reiki is healing energy. Reiki is all around you all the time. Reiki is within you, within me, and within that tree over there. Reiki is the energy of life. A reiki session involves using the practitioner's  body as a vessel and the hands as a "spout" for the reiki energy to flow into you. Once the energy is within you, reiki will go where it is needed most. Reiki can be used to balance chakras, promote self-healing, and to relax in the midst of a stressful situation. Reiki practitioners do not actually do the healing. Reiki, itself doesn't heal. Reiki energy basically helps you vibrate in a way that promotes self-healing.
