Today's message is an uplifting one. Hard times are over. Change is coming quickly. You are releasing all that is no longer of service to you, and the rewards are coming into fruition. Keep pushing forward toward your goals and learning everything you can. Sometimes, this means formal education, but it could also be taking a home course, learning a trade, attending group classes in whatever calls to you. The point is this, the excuses have been removed, and now it is time for you to move forward in getting yourself educated in one way or another! (That last sentence came through so strongly. Someone out there really needs to pay attention to this message. :) Peace and love, friends.)

Thank you for the changes that are taking place in my life right now. I am ready for the changes, and I openly accept them. It is time to release all that is not serving my higher purpose, including any addictions I have and the people in my life whose intentions are less than pure. These necessary changes will bring much love and joy to my life.

Thank you for guiding me toward continuing my education. In order to become a master in my field, I must learn as much as I can about it, and doing so will help me to live an abundant life.  Thank you for providing unlimited learning opportunities, so I can expand my skills and serve my life's purpose.

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. The only thing you are aware of is your breath, flowing effortlessly in.... and out, in.... and out. When a thought comes into your mind, say to yourself: nothing but me exists in this moment, nothing matters at this moment. I detach myself, just for this moment, from everything. The only thing I notice is my breath.  As you clear your mind, and release your stress, you feel yourself relaxing more and more deeply. Focus now, on your feet. Imagine them barefoot and on the earth. You can see yourself standing in the grass, in the mud, in the sand, whatever setting makes you feel more connected with the great M other E arth.
