Thank you for allowing my time to come. I open myself to all the good that is flowing into my life so quickly. I have plenty to keep myself busy, and I stay grounded, so that I can be productive. I appreciate this time of celebration.

Thank you for the many gifts in my life. My debts are being paid off, my career is moving forward, and my obligations are fulfilled. Thank you for reminding me to balance my finances, so there is an equal flow both in and out of money. Money comes to me easily, and I generously use money to help others. Thank you for the abundance that I have and will continue to receive.

Meditation is HARD!

Meditation, the real, actual, clearing your mind of any and all thoughts kind of meditation is HARD!! I've done plenty of these guided 'meditations' on YouTube (guided visualizations might be a more accurate way of describing them), asking you to visualize walking through a meadow to a magical place or visualizing white light entering your body to clear out all the lower vibrating energies. These are very helpful and have worked for me for years. They really help to calm me and relax me and put me in a better mindset, but I've never really tried to do 'real' meditation. Like the Buddhists do, where they sit there and clear their minds of everything and just be. I attempted to meditate last night. It ended up being more like a push-thoughts-out-of-my-mind over and over again session. There was a millisecond here or a half a second there when I actually accomplished having zero thoughts. And another thing, you can apply this (#35) to our attitudes towards others. I was just sitting here thinking about one particular person who really gets under my skin, grinds my gears, and pushes every last button I have. This person drives me absolutely NUTS with his ignorance, lack of caring, and refusal to understand anything! I've wasted so much of my energy hating on him. This is very draining for me. I have labeled him as the culprit, the energy vampire, but I am the one who is allowing it to flow as such. I must remember that he is an extension of me. We are all extensions of each other. We're connected. What he is experiencing, I am experiencing as well. I will embrace the energy, nurture it, love it, Reiki it, and allow it to be, rather than fighting it and fueling it.
