Thank you for the many gifts in my life. My debts are being paid off, my career is moving forward, and my obligations are fulfilled. Thank you for reminding me to balance my finances, so there is an equal flow both in and out of money. Money comes to me easily, and I generously use money to help others. Thank you for the abundance that I have and will continue to receive.

And another thing, you can apply this (#35) to our attitudes towards others. I was just sitting here thinking about one particular person who really gets under my skin, grinds my gears, and pushes every last button I have. This person drives me absolutely NUTS with his ignorance, lack of caring, and refusal to understand anything! I've wasted so much of my energy hating on him. This is very draining for me. What is Reiki?

What is Reiki? Reiki is healing energy. Reiki is all around you all the time. Reiki is within you, within me, and within that tree over there. Reiki is the energy of life. A reiki session involves using the practitioner's  body as a vessel and the hands as a "spout" for the reiki energy to flow into you. Once the energy is within you, reiki will go where it is needed most. Reiki can be used to balance chakras, promote self-healing, and to relax in the midst of a stressful situation. Reiki practitioners do not actually do the healing. Reiki, itself doesn't heal. Reiki energy basically helps you vibrate in a way that promotes self-healing. Tree Meditation

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. The only thing you are aware of is your breath, flowing effortlessly in.... and out, in.... and out. When a thought comes into your mind, say to yourself: nothing but me exists in this moment, nothing matters at this moment. I detach myself, just for this moment, from everything. The only thing I notice is my breath.  As you clear your mind, and release your stress, you feel yourself relaxing more and more deeply. Focus now, on your feet. Imagine them barefoot and on the earth. You can see yourself standing in the grass, in the mud, in the sand, whatever setting makes you feel more connected with the great M other E arth.
