Meditation/Prayer of the Day
Thank you for the beautiful memories that I have lived. Thank you for giving me the ability to forgive past issues. Thank you for allowing old friends to re-enter my life and for helping me keep a clear vision of the past. Thank you for helping me love and honor my inner child by taking the time to really enjoy myself. Thank you for everything in my past, as it has formed me into the person that I am today.

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. The only thing you are aware of is your breath, flowing effortlessly in.... and out, in.... and out. What is Reiki? Reiki is healing energy. Reiki is all around you all the time. Reiki is within you, within me, and within that tree over there. Reiki is the energy of life.
