I currently post that daily reading in numerous groups, and with my ancient computer and slow internet connection, it is becoming way too time consuming to post in every group. Meditation/Prayer of the Day

Thank you for allowing me to make the necessary decisions to put myself into alignment with my life purpose. Thank you for helping me release thoughts, actions, dependencies that lower my vibration, which will allow me to make the correct choices going ahead. Thank you for urging me to take action.

You can lie down, sit or stand for this meditation. Standing helps me get the fulles t effect. Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so. Clear your mind of all your worries and all your troubles. You are right here, right now, and nothing else exists at this current moment. What is Reiki? Reiki is healing energy. Reiki is all around you all the time. Reiki is within you, within me, and within that tree over there. Reiki is the energy of life.
